The filming location is on the breakwater at Jumunjin Beach. An information board describes the classic first meeting in "Goblin", and the coast offers direct views of the East Sea. The nearby Gelato No. 3 store has seats with sea views and a pink rooftop photo area.
To recreate scenes from the show, bring a bouquet of flowers and a red scarf; the light is usually softer between 3 and 5 p.m. For dessert, start with the soft tofu gelato, or try the soft tofu latte. The sea views through the store's large windows and the pink photo area on the top floor are both good for photos.
The location is worth a special trip for fans of "Goblin"; other travelers can include it as a stop on a coastal visit to Jumunjin, and then visit nearby cafes and coastal attractions along the way.
