Check-in is usually at 3 p.m. or 4 p.m., depending on the room type. Our team will confirm your check-in time before arrival.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is usually at 11 a.m. or noon, depending on the room type. Our team will confirm your check-out time.
How can I get there from Incheon Airport?
Airport Bus 6002 takes you directly to Hongdae. Your check-in instructions will include the bus stop and directions to the guesthouse.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Contact our team to request early check-in or late check-out. Availability depends on the room schedule that day, and additional fees apply. Our team will confirm the available times and cost.
What should I do if I arrive late at night?
You can check in late at night using the digital door lock. We will send your self-check-in instructions through your agreed contact channel before you travel.

Do children and infants also need to be counted?
Include all children and infants when booking. Infants under three who do not occupy a bed are excluded from the number of paying guests.
Can I Add Guests to My Booking?
Rates are based on the number of guests staying. Additional guests incur extra charges, and the total must stay within the room's maximum occupancy. Contact K2 in advance for approval before adding guests.
